Shahroz Olfat

Shahroz Olfat, Managing Partner, and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Capital Founders Group.A seasoned operator–investor, he brings more than 23 years of cross-functional leadership in services and technology, with a track record spanning home-services startups, PE-owned platforms, and Fortune 500 transformations. His work ranges from tens-of-millions-in-revenue businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, consistently converting strategy into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Shahroz has led enterprise procurement and operations programs that standardize categories, consolidate vendors, optimize working capital, and strengthen pricing discipline—capabilities he has applied to turnarounds, margin expansion, and exit readiness. His global procurement experience spans Canada, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, where he has partnered with finance and field teams to drive resilient supply chains and disciplined spend management at scale. Earlier leadership roles at large public companies paired finance rigor with field execution to improve route density, service quality, and profitability across multi-brand footprints.

He earned his degree from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management. He is also a certified ISO 9001 Implementer and Auditor, reflecting a deep commitment to process excellence, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

In addition to leading CFG, Shahroz advises management teams on procurement transformation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market enablement, and he maintains investments in the real-estate sector through single-family housing in Illinois and Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with his family.

Ermal Shehu

Ermal Shehu, Managing Partner, and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Capital Founders Group. Ermal is a global executive with more than 20 years of experience in Finance, Pricing, and Procurement across the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific.

Previously, Ermal led Strategic Pricing Transformation at QXO (formerly Beacon Building Products), where he drove product and customer segmentation, built high-performing teams, and delivered substantial margin improvements through advanced digital pricing systems. Prior to that, Ermal served as Head of Global Procurement Analytics & NA Procurement at Refresco. Before that Ermal was the Head of Procurement Finance & Pricing at Cott Beverages, managing billions in global spend while achieving major savings, enhancing risk management, and hedging the London Metal Exchange for aluminum contracts.

Earlier in his career, Ermal held senior roles at Sears Holding Corporation and served as an Adjunct Professor of International Business & Finance at Roosevelt University. He holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

In addition to his role at Capital Founders Group, Ermal is a Limited Partner at K Street Capital, a Washington, D.C.-based seed-stage venture capital firm founded in 2012 with a track record of two unicorns. Ermal also serves as Managing Director of SS Tropical Holdings, a single-family housing investment vehicle with active investments across Florida, Texas, and Illinois.
